Nathan was good but his office help was awful. I would give them a rating of zero. The receptionist was very rude. It was weird, in person they were nice but over the phone they were so rude. I’m sure if there is a response to this post it will be very snarky just as they treated us over the phone. Everything is handled very slow, even the lawyer on the opposite side responded that their response was very slow. My case had become more complicated than ever imaginable. Sam worked above and beyond to help me in every aspect . The entire team here gave me true honest care I cant thank you all enough for the kindness and understanding as things became more and more complicated they always treated me with respect and I feel honestly care about my well being . I lack trust in most people these days I trust that they do tell you what they feel is the best for your given situation. Thank you all again

Cuando llamé de nuevo este año para un familiar detuvido, la señorita Dora no solamente fue muy amable, me escuchó, expresó compasión y me dio información sin chantaje. Cambió mi experiencia a halgo positivo.
The lady who answered the phone was very very rude and extremely unprofessional. Super disappointing thats the first thing you hear when you call. You need a new receptionist asap. She will cost you a lot of future clients. Extremely disappointed.
