I can't believe how helpful and understanding everyone is. Any changes that occurred, they called me within a day. Again THEY CALLED ME. I didn't have to guess or wonder what was going on. Also they took the time to make sure I understood everything. I can't thank you enough.
They went above and beyond to make sure I had any new information pertaining to my case, we got my case won about a year after the denial. I couldn't have asked for a better legal team to represent me and my disability case I highly recommend them...
At the beginning of contacting Parmele, the response was great. Always either texted me or called me back. Towards the end, I couldn’t get anyone to return my call. Even tried going to their stated location, but couldn’t find anyone there. I called and left messages for a return call and still to this day, I haven’t received a response back. My case is settled now and still no response. I’m disappointed and I can’t honestly give a good review.
Very professional and extremely helpful with my case. Could always ask questions through email or phone, and they would get right back to me. So glad I chose their firm.
