I call them to give updated medical information and it takes 4 days to get a call back, 5 months in and I still don’t think I’ve spoken to my case manager. Even the office lady says sometimes they have to contact management about different “teams” not responding or replying. Hire another attorney. I wish I would have

Absolutely would not recommend wouldn't help me and I've got a bad back and lungs
Been a year and a half, three denials and very minimal contact. Half the time I have no clue what's going on with my case or if anything has been much done for my case. Other than that what contact I have had has been nice, courteous, and informative as can be. Just don't like the feeling of not knowing what's going on I guess.
