At the beginning of contacting Parmele, the response was great. Always either texted me or called me back. Towards the end, I couldn’t get anyone to return my call. Even tried going to their stated location, but couldn’t find anyone there. I called and left messages for a return call and still to this day, I haven’t received a response back. My case is settled now and still no response. I’m disappointed and I can’t honestly give a good review.
Very professional and extremely helpful with my case. Could always ask questions through email or phone, and they would get right back to me. So glad I chose their firm.

I call them to give updated medical information and it takes 4 days to get a call back, 5 months in and I still don’t think I’ve spoken to my case manager. Even the office lady says sometimes they have to contact management about different “teams” not responding or replying. Hire another attorney. I wish I would have
