I frequently had to follow up, request updates, and remind them to complete tasks. Many of the actions taken on my case occurred only after I specifically asked for them. Literally such amazing people!! They will fight for you and won’t give up when things get difficult. I wouldn’t want anyone else in my corner during a rough time! Beyond grateful for them!
