We received a timely and reasonable quote from Parme, even though we were a little outside their service area. I received quotes from several others but Parme’s was very competitively priced. I also felt comfortable by Zack’s depth of knowledge when he called out things others had missed. I had a level 2 charger installed for a new EV, and I was impressed by the hard work that Mike did to make sure it was just right for me. A less conscientious electrician could have done the job and stopped once the bracket that held the charger was hung, whether it was flush and straight against the vinyl siding or not. Mike took extra time to make sure it was both sturdy and attractive and sealed the cracks around it with weather proof caulk. I am. Dry happy with the work done and will call them again for future needs.
