Rented a U-Haul truck that had a cut gas line after someone apparently siphoned the gas from it on the U-Haul lot. I ended up stranded in Federal Way and U-Haul Roadside Assistance sent Gopi from Parmar to fix the truck. Gopi was absolutely amazing! He provided an estimated ETA and arrived right on time, he was communicative about the issue, he fixed it quickly, and then he followed us to the gas station to ensure the problem was fixed and that I would have enough gas to make it to my destination. Best service for semi truck tires Thank you
The rental truck (that I had for helping a friend move) ended up having a tire that was going flat. The rental truck place called Parmar Truck & Trailer Repair. We were back to loading in a very short period of time. The mobile mechanic, by the name of Gurpreet, had the job taken care of quickly, professionally AND I noticed that he was being conscientious of safety protocols too ~ which was comforting. Overall, this experience reduced my stress levels. That's a good thing!
