One of the worst housing authorities to ever deal with. Everything about their employees and supervisors are rude, horrible to work with for landlords And tenants. If you can go to another housing authority do it if not, you are literally dealing with power trips, specifically the woman named Amy. She really thinks she is The mayor of Cleveland.. I would give them zero stars for what they do was on the waiting list since 2016 its 2025 finally got to number 90 brung in all necessary documents sat there for 3 hours just to return 3 months later and them tell me I was removed from the list because my mail was returned this is the second time they did this I was on the list in 2009 and they said the same thing mind you I've been living in the same place all this time at least they can send a second notice

An incredibly unprofessional and mismanaged organization. I was stunned by how I was treated by Amy Waxman the Exec Dir of North Coast Housing Connections (of Parma Public Housing Agency) who is hardened to people in crisis with something as critical as their housing and where they'll sleep. I believe she should walk away from her job before treating people the way she did and adding to their distress. Parma Public housing is a blessing to me and my family, public house has the best housing in Cuyahoga County. They’re very helpful. They’re very resourceful and most importantly they’re always there when you need to talk. Thank you Parma Public housing.
