if i could give less stars i would, the owner is so rude, very unprofessional and not helpful in anyway, definitely should not be working in customer service
Outstanding service and Amber is patient and very helpful. The two men who installed the carpet did a great job and were a hoot guess they have been working together for years.Highly recommend them and we will be back

We had an outstanding experience with this carpet company from start to finish. The crew was professional, friendly, and worked efficiently—they were in and out quickly while still doing an excellent job. Everyone we interacted with, from the owner to the receptionist, was incredibly helpful and kind. The carpet itself is absolutely beautiful and completely brightened up our front room. Plenty of great flooring companies in the area, and this is NOT one of them. Very rude customer service when asking about products and pricing when I called last week. I could only imagine how they would of treated me if they installed the job for me and they had to fix something after the job was done.... Oh wait, there's a few of those horror stories in these reviews already. Take your money elsewhere. HARD PASS.
