We just move in here on June 28th 2025 it is a very nice park nice neighborhood and neighbors. Emerson has been very nice and answered all our questions
Quite community pet friendly just enough yard for small garden I enjoy living here it's like a 2 bedroom ranch style home affordable convenient location we do need a cross walk for Brookpark between us and the gas station super efficient housing 🥰

They have to beg residents to leave a good review because they SUCK, so dont believe any 5 star review. However; If stray cats breeding under abandoned houses is your thing, come on and join us. EDIT REVIEW: I am certain the 5 star response is from Parma Estates and not a resident because there are cats living under the abandoned house next to me feeding on the rats that are eating the cock roaches scurrying around inside. Bring in some hawks for the cat problem
