It is a wonderful place the residents are great plenty of activities for the residents as well I can honestly say I love this place.
Im so tired of coming to see my sister in this place when the only thing I see are the employees on their phone and the way they neglect their job, always her room with garbage in the floor, every time ,if they don't drop her phone they drop her tablet it's like they enjoying it or really want to broke it the system in this place is having everyone in bed so they don't have to deal with nobody
They took good care my husband and now his mother is there and she well taking care of, I will not send my husband no where else but here thank you parama care center
Kayla in activities is awesome and they have fun activities for the residents
Parma Care Center staff are warm, caring and thoughtful and truly care about their residents!
