We are from Michigan I was here for work. Our car started making bad grinding noises after we got to Parma. I looked this place up by reviews they did not disappoint! Cody waited on my husband Kevin and got our car in for a safety check. We live 300 miles away! It's really scary having to have work done out of town/ state! Very knowledgeable and trustworthy, and I have a hard time trusting auto repair shops. They brought out the old part from my car to explain what the problem was. I appreciate the education so I know what to keep an eye out for next time. Will definitely return.
They do not have at all good mechanics. I went to do my brakes pads and calipers on 3 different occasions within 1 year and they do not do at all quality work. The owner is the only good quality mechanic there but just oversees the other mechanics who do really shoddy work on my car. They do not honor warranties when something is done from them in a short period of time.
