I had an awesome experience and good vibes at parma auto works today. It was my first time there, I was helped by Brandon who was friendly, and knowledgeable! He knew exactly what the problem was with my vehicle and fixed it right up fast and efficiently! Thank you Brandon and team at parma auto works! And yayy no more loud noise coming from my car! :)

I had a chance to see Parma Autoworks while I was on the go. I knew I had a slow leak in my rear passenger tire because my car’s low air indicator came on. I reached out to Cody at Parma Autoworks from out of state (I live in Pennsylvania) because I needed a local mechanic in Ohio to check out a used car I was seriously considering purchasing. I won’t recommend anyone other than Roger and his team! They are all very friendly and are always willing to help. Fantastic customer service, quality work and HONEST work. I recommend them 10/10 times!
