Red light therapy works. I’ve been inflamed for years and after about 4 sessions I’ve started to notice the inflammation in my neck/back has decreased from 90 to 30%. In my years I’ve rode saddle bronk, played hockey, baseball, boxing and did some weight training. I’ve tried different ways to heal my body but found this was the most relaxing/effective way to make me feel better. Plus it’s a nice comfortable warm room to have a nap. I highly recommend it for anybody struggling with inflammation and soreness.
