This is hard. Very hard. Especially after I had very good experiences with Connor and Kirstin. I originally rated the place five stars, but I would have to take that back. I'm not going to name-drop the hair stylist who was in charge of cutting my hair yesterday. I don't think it's fair to harm a person's career over a bad experience, as I understand it really takes a lot to get into this profession.
