So extremely disappointed. Went in for a trim to my curtain bangs and I left with the bluntest most uneven bangs. Not what I asked for at all. One side had face framing and the other didn’t. I wish the stylist would have just refused me service if she didn’t know how to cut them rather than charging me to look insane. I don’t usually leave bad reviews but this has just been the worst experience ever. It honestly doesn’t even feel real.
Delighted to find such an excellent and well managed salon in Middlebury! Beautiful space! Excellent stylists and friendly culture. Price point excellent. A gem for all!

Parlour is a great asset to our community and downtown on a number of levels. They have a very attractive space, a very kind and welcoming staff and our entire family of four has always loved our haircuts! Keep up the great work!
Visited Parlour for the first time and Alyssa did my hair so great!! They handle curls and thick hair so well, and it was such a lovely experience!
