Their customer service sucks!!!!!! No thank you at all. I basically had to reach behind the cash register to grab my donuts because the cashier walked away and forgot to give them to me. Everyone, please find another place to get your donuts from that’s more politelful. I ask to speak with the manager and he was just as rude. No customer service skills at all!!
Donut size significantly smaller. I’ve arrived around 3 multiple times with absolutely no selection. Fine. I show up at 1:30 and still barely any selection. I understand they are popular but what is the point of staying open until 5? Today I’m even more upset as the bourbon caramel donuts I purchased are significantly smaller than usual. Excellent doughnuts! Great and unique options. I also enjoyed my iced mocha as well. Clean and very nice place to sit down and enjoy as well! I will absolutely come back.
