Donuts are great but when you have zero way for a customer to communicate other than leaving a message and waiting an unknown amount of time for a response it’s a bit ridiculous. You cannot get any of these places on the phone for any reason even if they jack up an order.
Great donuts. Horrible service. The guy making the coffee this morning was extremely rude. I asked for a refresher drink and he had an attitude with me and told me it was going to take a while and said out loud for me to hear “somebody else can make it”. There was only one other person in the donut shop. I told him he can keep the $4 and I left. Poor customer service.
Been coming here for a year and today marks the day I will never come back. Service so bad I threw everything away. 10:30ish today. Check your cameras. Things were missing too. Never again. I’m so upset about it.
