Hair in my donut and terrible service. We went in the afternoon and did not feel welcomed by any employees. We had made an online order so we waited by the online order pickup sign. The store was not busy. If they are all busy, I don’t mind waiting, but I expect someone to acknowledge we are there and they see us waiting. No one ever said anything like, we will be right with you, they just kept walking by us like we weren’t there.
