I recently visited Parlor Doughnuts and tried their donuts for the first time. Since it was my first visit, I asked the staff member for a recommendation. She suggested the maple bacon donut, but unfortunately, it wasn’t a great choice for me. The donut had more glaze than actual dough and fell apart easily, turning into a huge mess while I was eating it in my car. My favorite place to talk to friends, study, write, and relax!! Everyone is very friendly and really shows that they care about their customers. A very comfortable and cute environment! EDIT: this review was for Twisted Compass coffee shop before they were bought out new space is not very conducive for studying.
Great donuts! Very high quality. The actual donut part is a croissant-style. Its not like your typical Krispy Kreme or dunkin donut type donut. Parlor is definitely much more of an upscale type of donut. Worth the price for me! The latte i bought at the however wasn't that great. It wasnt crafted well and very mediocre. I think starbucks does a better job. ***This is the Fruit Cove location.
Holy diabetus! I love this place! Seriously, a dozen donuts weigh at least 8 pounds. Totally worth it though!
