I had one of the worst experiences here, hands down. The employees were literally standing in the back, chatting with each other while customers were left waiting. At first, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe they were busy with drive-thru orders. But then came the unbelievable part: when I scanned my membership card before being prompted, the barista actually told me, “patience is virtue.” (and she told me this THREE times!????) Excuse me? I asked box for 3 donuts but She gave me in a paper brown bag. So asked her again to give the donuts in the box because the icing on the donuts were all smudged and I didn't want the donuts to be soggy but she refused to gave the box because the boxes are for 6 or more donuts. Ridiculous customer service!
The food is great, but the employees need to be trained on giving better service.

Love parkour donuts BUT we went out of our way to make a trip there on a Saturday during their normal business hours and they are closed!! There is an employee standing in the store behind the counter but the doors are locked. No explanation! Very disappointing! He did not offer an explanation and the website says they’re open!
