First time visiting a Parlor Doughnuts. Friend and I decided to stop in to the Avon,IN location during lunch. I was recently diagnosed as diabetic. A friend told me they had carb free/keto options. They do! And they don’t touch my blood sugar at all. Whatever miracle these use, please NEVER change the recipe. Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful and were willing to answer questions even though they were pretty busy. Kudos to the staff and to the management team for making a fantastic and lasting first impression.

The donuts are good, so I hope management can resolve the extremely poor service and keep this place open.
First time visit and will be the last time visit. Order was not right. Expensive for basically marginal food. I did not comment on atmosphere as I went through drive-thru.
