The best raised, filled donuts we have ever had & we know donuts.
We were staying in North Myrtle and made the trip to try this place since it looked amazing on Instagram. Got there around 1 PM—decent selection of doughnuts, but no one greeted us. I had to hover just to get help. The female cashier was rude and didn’t speak, and the guy working wasn’t friendly either. The vibe and customer service were a turnoff. If I’m paying that much for a doughnut, you would expect better. Won’t be back.
We’ve had many a wonderful experiences here, but seems to be recently slipping. We ordered online and got two egg sandwiches without eggs. Went back and they offered to make it right, and remade the sandwiches. Inexplicably, one still did not have an egg. We asked for a refund for that sandwich and were promised, but never received it. Such a bummer for a place that was our go to when visiting the area, but we probably won’t be back.
