I’d been hearing so many good things about Parlor Doughnuts, so I finally decided to give it a try. When I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly and the interior was nicely decorated, giving off a cozy, inviting vibe. You guys charging us $35 dollars for some donuts and when asking for extra small box because we are going to travel you won’t give us a box unless we pay .50 cent !!!!!!!!!!!!! What a customer service Never going back there again
Rating: ⭐⭐☆☆☆ (2/5) I visited Parlor Doughnuts and bought a dozen donuts. We were planning to send half of them with someone traveling to another state. After eating half, I realized the original box would be too big and asked if they could split the donuts into two smaller boxes. To my surprise, the cashier told me I had to pay 50 cents for the extra box. I asked why, since I had already paid for 12 donuts, and she said they lose money if they give boxes away for free. Stop by there this morning a little after they opened up and they barely had any product. Not sure how you don’t have product ready to sell when you open the store? Needed to take something for a meeting but with no donuts available couldn’t leave with anything. Also employee was kinda rude. Very disappointed.
Overpriced. Donuts are not soft in my opinion.
