I had an appointment booked online almost a month in advance. This was supposed to be my first haircut in nine months, as I have routinely stuck with the same hairstylist since before I moved. Update: my last appt was horrific. She was 45 mins late, and disregarded my physical difficulty by yanking my hair while rinsing. Then she gave me an uneven cut and didn't bother to style, gave me the bums rush out of the chair because she had another customer. she also subjected me to her own personal problems. I've never been treated so badly before. I had been going to her for years,but I would not recommend her. When I addressed my concerns,she said it was my fault.

I started going to Elle for color several years ago and when my regular stylist stopped cutting hair, she became my one and only. She color work is stellar and blends out so beautifully over time. I've gone purple twice and loved it both times. She also helped me transition to short hair and I absolutely love my cuts. She knows my hair and listens to what I want. She always wants feedback on what I liked and what didn't work.

Every appointment I’ve had with Elle, between colors & cuts I’ve always been speechless! To have someone so knowledgeable and passionate provide the best treatments is very special and most definitely cant be found at just any salon. Will always recommend Parlor & Co!
