I’ve visited Parlin Oaks a few times and every experience has been great. The team has always been friendly and accommodating. The homes are beautiful and a great value for new construction in Galt. I saw a 1-star review about the office being closed—understandable frustration, but that hasn’t been my experience at all. If you’re worried about timing, just give them a quick call before you go. Definitely worth checking out if you’re house hunting in the area.
