We had our first experience with Parlier during this Heat Wave. I contacted them after looking at several others but rejected those after reading their reviews. When I contacted Parlier they told me it would be tomorrow before they could come. I explained to them that my wife and I are both close to 80 years old and that our house temperature last night was 89 degrees. He said he would try hard to schedule me this morning. We have used Parlier Plumbing & Heating several times over the last 5 years, and at several locations between our various family members in Statesville and Stony Point. They have always been helpful in finding and fixing the problems we have encountered in our air conditioning and heating units, and they have never given us a high pressure sales pitch to replace our somewhat “aging” air conditioning units, but have been able to repair them with quite a cost savings over the expense of some completely new units.
