I have only just registered with this practise and I had my first appointment yesterday and I’m really impressed and happy with the service. Dr Raj was incredibly thorough, kind and took my concerns seriously. Reception staff were helpful and I was seen very quickly. My onward referral has come through super quick too. Overall I’m very pleased with this practise so far. Thank you!
I am absolutely furious with this entire process. I’ve spent nearly a MONTH waiting for a GP letter that I urgently needed. It took the doctor over TWO WEEKS just to write it, and then I was told I had to pay £25 for it – the most expensive fee I’ve ever been charged for something like this. Fine, I paid it the same day they emailed me. And then… nothing. No document, no follow-up, nothing. Turns out, I was supposed to contact them again afterwards?
