I lived in the area 13 years before seeing a doctor. In all that time all they sent me were invitations to receive flu vaccines, repeated covid vaccines none of which I accepted. When I finally attended for the first appointment it was with an 'associate'. note a doctor. She was kind but not qualified to know what the mole on my neck was. I was referred to the Whittington where a Dutch doctor drilled relentlessly leaving my face scarred for life.
