My sister recommended parliament furniture to me. I live it because it is a family business and they ate very welcoming, friendly and helpful to everyone. I highly recommend them re price, quality and professional service. I purchased an electric heater/ faux woodstove last winter and I absolutely love it! Just purchased and had delivered a very cool small lounge swivel chair that fits perfectly on my sunroof porch - both size-wise and esthetically!
We do need this type of local shops more and more. Where should I start... The first impression was I even doubted myself. What about they just sell cheaper product in order to boost selling? I was completely WRONG! From the owner to bottom front line staff, they do display professionalism, accountability and customer service until I received the product. This is my second time buying a couch from Parliament and I can’t recommend it enough. The prices are fantastic and my previous couch lasted better than $2000 couches (that one was $400). I went back this time to get one that they didn’t have in store and the customer service was exceptional. Plus delivery inside my apartment and assembly! Thanks Parliament Furniture!
I had an amazing experience with the team at Parliament Furniture. Daniel did an excellent job of walking me through the store and helping me pick out the couch that is perfect for me. Also, the team did a great job of delivering and assembling my furniture in a very timely and careful manner. Overall great customer service and the quality of their products are top notch. I’ll definitely be returning to grab more furniture! Thanks guys
