My sister recommended parliament furniture to me. I live it because it is a family business and they ate very welcoming, friendly and helpful to everyone. I highly recommend them re price, quality and professional service. I purchased an electric heater/ faux woodstove last winter and I absolutely love it! Just purchased and had delivered a very cool small lounge swivel chair that fits perfectly on my sunroof porch - both size-wise and esthetically!
We do need this type of local shops more and more. Where should I start... The first impression was I even doubted myself. What about they just sell cheaper product in order to boost selling? I was completely WRONG! From the owner to bottom front line staff, they do display professionalism, accountability and customer service until I received the product. Have bought many items here iver the years- the service is great, delivery ( included) was smooth & painless… they even removed the old couch! Parliament Furniture is a fantastic neighborhood store, & it’s always great to shop Canadian! 😀

My husband was in hospital and being discharged next day. Parliament Furniture was so accommodating delivering our new mattress around our schedule before he got home. Best customer service from start to end. Love our new mattress, very comfortable. Will definitely return for any future furniture needs.
