What an OUTSTANDING shop with Incredible customer support. I bought a glass table with 4 chrome zigzag’d legs. They offered to set it up when they delivered, but I wasn’t ready and said I would do it myself. My brother and I tried to, but we couldn’t get the legs right. I called them, and they came the very next day. WOW!!!! Fantastic customer support and service. I can’t tell you how grateful I am and would highly recommend Parliament Furniture. I must mention that the initial customer service was very good. They sent me the payment link very quickly so I could buy the table, but after that... I think it's turning into a nightmare. Since the 19th, when I made the purchase, they haven't responded to my emails or chat messages. When I call the store, they say they'll get back to me with some information, but they don't. On Wednesday the 24th, I called twice and was told it would be shipped on Thursday. So far, no update. I called the store today, Friday the 26th, and ... read more
