Not only did Parliament Furniture furnish me - pun fully intended - with a sleek and solid, Canadian-made computer desk, but they delivered it free of charge exactly when they said they would and assembled it in under 10 minutes. This kind of good, old-fashioned customer service is gobsmacking. Thanks, in particular, to Barry and Bruce, an impeccable delivery/assembly team and nice people to boot.
I needed a desk for my real estate office. I spotted one at Staples. I read the reviews. 2 different people said it took 5 hours to assemble - and they said they were handy! I found a very similar desk at Parliament Furniture. They delivered it to my office on Danforth at no charge. They assembled it. They took away the garbage. They called to make sure I was happy. They were 100% a 10/10!
