If I could give less than 1 star I would. Probably the worst run and most unfriendly building and run condo than anywhere in Florida. The President is unwelcoming and almost convinces you not to buy there. You are only allowed to do renovations between Ma and November 1. There are so many rules your head will spin. HOA fees have risen to a ridiculous monthly amount with no excess money in treasury. Poor storage area for bikes and No dogs allowed or must carry your Emotional support dog outside.
