Friendly ppl,but, no help
This review concerns only the general repair shop at Parliament. I do not have a Prevot. The technicians lack proper training and the service manager, Dave, was a complete jerk to me. I was charged 5 hours labor for a job that only took 2 hours and they used second rate (rebuilt) parts that cost more than brand new. The master cylinder they installed failed and I had it replaced by a competent technician at another shop. (That's how I know it was a rebuilt, as it is clearly marked as such, and how long it takes.) The commode... read more
100% Satisfaction with this place. Purchased a coach last August, they insisted we stay in it for 1 week before driving away. Everything in the coach was explained in detail on how to use. Great employees from sales, parts and service. It nice to deal with Happy Employees that take pride in what they do. I Would not buy or get service from any other place. Thanks guys.....5 Stars Plus from the Hollon family!
