I had a very unpleasant experience at Parkwoods Dental during my first visit using the CDCP. They performed an oral exam, X-rays, and a cleaning, which altogether took around 40 minutes. The cleaning itself was very quick—less than 20 minutes. When the dentist came in, he didn’t even greet me with a “hello” or “how are you,” as most dentists usually do. Disappointed with their scheduling. I confirmed twice that I needed full cleaning, check-up, and polishing in one visit, but my cleaning was left unfinished and I was told to book another 30 minutes. Makes no sense.
I have been using the dental services of parwoods dental for about 6 years now. I specifically ask for the dental assistant/ hygienist Zorah whom not only is professional, kind and patient with me but also remembers me personally and has a way of making me feel like family. I highly recommend her, because it takes more than just skill to be the best at what you choose to do, and Zorah makes the effort. Thank you

I had a truly fantastic experience at Parkwoods Dental, big thanks to the exceptional care I received from the hygienist, SHAEMMA. She is an amazing person and did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth, and her gentle approach made the entire process very comfortable. The clinic itself is also very nice and welcoming.
