My husband and I came in for our long overdue skin cancer check-ups and had such a lovely experience. The team was welcoming, professional and made us feel really comfortable throughout the whole appointment. Everything was explained clearly and thoroughly, which gave us great peace of mind. Highly recommend Dr. Gilles Laur for anyone needing a skin check – we’ll definitely be back.
I had a very disappointing experience at Parkwood Skin Clinic with Dr. Gilles Laur. Unfortunately, the consultation felt rushed and lacked the empathy and professionalism I would expect from a dermatologist. Dr. Laur quickly stated that my melasma had no cure, without taking the time to explain my condition thoroughly or discuss a comprehensive treatment plan. First experience with this clinic and it was absolutely wonderful! The receptionist who answered my call and booked me in was so kind and helpful, and the doctor who saw me was fantastic. Very professional and friendly and did a very thorough skin check for me! Will absolutely be returning!!
