Emma at Parkwood Plumbing really is a star! I called to see about replacing a couple of showerheads bought from them that had started leaking. Even though it had been quite some time since the purchase Emma contacted the manufacturer and organised for them to provide new ones at no cost to me. Her prompt response to my enquiry and the result she achieved for me was a level of customer service to be relished!!
Had the most uplifting experience going to Parkwood Plumbing ( after being dismissed by a couple of other places). Lino went over and above to help with a very difficult bathroom issue. His effort to help us out was unbelievable. Shower mixer now fitted and couldn’t be happier. Will be my go-to shop from now on.
