They were very professional and at the same time made me feel very comfortable with the whole process. This was not my first MRI, but by far the best experience I’ve ever had as far as MRIs are concerned. You even get to hear the radio station of your choice while you are in the machine which helped me relax. Kyra was so amazing at her job! the perfect personality and energy. Kyra and Holly were professional, kind, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. Kyra did a great job explaining everything clearly, answering my questions. Holly helped ease my anxiety I had before the scan. The facility was clean and organized, and the appointment ran smoothly and on time. I appreciate the care and compassion shown by everyone involved. Parkwood open imaging for my MRI was the easiest, fasted MRI I’ve ever had. So simple and easy. The staff was great scheduling with Jacqueline, welcomed by Renee she answered my paperwork questions and then Kyra took me and explained everything to me. Holly got me situated in the machine-it was great experience with great staff. Quick & easy!
