The team at Parkwood was great. Professional and warming personalities. MRI experience was definitely better than I expected. Just need some music. Lol
I had a MRI done here today. Kyra and Holly did a wonderful job explaining details and calming my anxiety. I’m freshly 18 and I was in a car accident and my anxiety was terrible. Shout out to Kyra , my birthday twin (10/29) , for making the experience bearable. And for my glove balloon elephant.
My fiancé recently had an mri here and the staff were great! Kyra and Holly are the best in the business. My fiancé is highly claustrophobic and they worked with him so well. Gave him extra time to breath and take a break when he needed, and even made him Ellie the elephant when he left to calm his nerves!
the Team here (Kyra, Renee, Jacqueline, and Holly) is AMAZING; on top of being excellent at their jobs, they all are kind, attentive, and professional. i highly recommend Parkwood for your imaging, if for no other reason than their top shelf crew!
