I had a great experience at this open MRI facility. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful—they made the whole check-in process easy and were happy to explain anything I wasn’t sure about. Horrible customer service showed up to my appointment on time at 730. And by 830 I still was not seen and I had to go to work. The staff claim they didn’t know how long it would take. Never again

I have been to 3 other nearby MRI companies before and was never comfortable with the experience until I came to Parkwood. With my first call Renae calmly answered every question I had about what to expect and calmed me down with her truthful answers. I love the OPEN-MRI that they have.
