Horrible customer service showed up to my appointment on time at 730. And by 830 I still was not seen and I had to go to work. The staff claim they didn’t know how long it would take. Never again

I have been to 3 other nearby MRI companies before and was never comfortable with the experience until I came to Parkwood. With my first call Renae calmly answered every question I had about what to expect and calmed me down with her truthful answers. I love the OPEN-MRI that they have. Stephanie and Jenna were so kind to walk me through the step by step process of the procedure. They did everything to make me feel relaxed except hold my hand during it. They don't answer their phone and they don't return messages. I will definitely look to going somewhere else in the future if I ever need another MRI. My number has not changed and I have not received one voicemail as a response to my request. I've left four messages in a 3-week time span. I have also called other times in which I did not leave a message in which the phone was not answered.
Please make sure this place is giving your insurance company the info they need, otherwise they will try to sue you. I called billing after receiving a bill that my insurance should have covered. I explained that I was in 2 different accidents, the first was closed but the second was open. The lady never called me back. Instead I was served papers. I called my insurance and was told parkwood never sent the info they asked for. I also called the attorney they used and parkwood mixed up the dates I was there with the dates my ... read more
