We had our home at The Peninsula built by Parkwood and we are so immensely grateful and happy with our beautiful home. All the people we have dealt with at Parkwood have been so kind and helpful. Avoid. To this day I still suffer PTSD from my dealings here. Over 4 years ago now. The house I purchased wasn't built or installed as per contract. The customers selection in the Contract weren't adhered too. The list of defects were not limited to roof leaks, electrical, plumbing, footings and Piers, failing to meet compliance of BAL rating without rectifying works.The roof was built with a deliberate hump in it due to mismatched timber and steel sizing. High quality relocatable cabins.
Just been informed by Parkwood homes, that the warranty has expired on our home , for a preexistingting leak, that has been ongoing for the last seven years. Their supposed roofer, if you can call him that, has been out probably 10 times over that time, saying "I think it's fixed now". Now have been fobbed off. Our insurance company says, it's never been right, since the day it was built. Do not deal with Parkwood, because all your going to get is nothing but problems
