Not even one star for dr. Suman’s behaviour as a doctor; she is very rude extremely disrespectful. We need a doctor to handle the situation both physically and mentally. But she has no sense to talk, even she argues with the patient. One of the worse experiences I’ve ever had in Australia.
Constantly running late and not even the courtesy of letting you know when you get there.
Been a patient here for a hot minute (or two) and I regularily see 2 doctors here. While wait times can be longer than expected and it can take a lot of time in advance to book in (that's just how it is), the doctors here in my experience have always been helpfull, kind and honest and willing to work with you on any issues with no judgement. The front desk staff are also always extremely friendly, patient and helpfull. Long wait times are worth good care.
