It has taken over 18 months to process the trauma experienced to leave this review after the passing of my partner’s mother. She was a resident of this “home” and I cannot speak more poorly of this retirement home. I cannot emphasize enough the lack of compassion and care of this home especially in a time of trauma and grief. My Mom moved in after a few falls and clear indications that she had not been eating well or drinking enough water as well as generally being depressed and lonely. When we did the tour the staff knew her birhtday was coming up and they surprised her with flowers and a cake! Its been only about 3 weeks now and we can see a huge difference in my Mom's social activity, attitude and gneral strength due to eating properly with the fantasic meals provided on site. My Brother just moved in here. He and his Wife are happy with the schedule. It's close to their house in Pflugerville that they are planning to sell so this is a good transition place.
