Great experience and beautiful builds! I've been working with Lionel Hertlein the last couple months as my buyer clients are purchasing a home from Parkwood. Out of all the builder reps we were working with, Lionel was by far one of the better ones and definitely contributed to the reasoning for moving ahead on one of Parkwood's spec homes. Communicative, down to earth, informative. It's been a pleasure keeping in touch as the home nears completion and never have we felt out of the loop. Thank you Lionel!

I just closed on a house with Lionel and Andy. The process was very clear and easy, especially for someone buying their first home. Andy and his team were fantastic every step of the way. They even made minor adjustments that they could have easily overlooked. 10/10 — I’d definitely buy another house with them. We went through many builders but Parkwood was by far the best.

Me and my partner purchased our first home in 2021. We worked with Lionel and it was a pleasure to work with him. He helped answer our questions and concerns before we purchased our home. The after purchase has been excellent too. Warranty got back to us on a timely manner. When we had the 1 year warranty on fixing any defects, the contractors that Parkwood hires have come generally on-time, are professional and do great work! 4 years later; we still love our home! Thank you Lionel and Parkwood.
