Me and my partner purchased our first home in 2021. We worked with Lionel and it was a pleasure to work with him. He helped answer our questions and concerns before we purchased our home. The after purchase has been excellent too. Warranty got back to us on a timely manner. When we had the 1 year warranty on fixing any defects, the contractors that Parkwood hires have come generally on-time, are professional and do great work! 4 years later; we still love our home!
