I'm usually hesitant to trust sales people and have heard my share of horror stories when building a house, but Hailey and Sunny and the Parkwood team knocked it out of the park on our build. Hailey was a wizard helping us during the design, and added features we love while accomodating all of our eccentric custom requests. So frustrating to deal with , was trying to get in touch no call or email. He was so unprofessional sales agent . RON TORELLA was direct but so RUDE! We felt a sense of being undervalued and disrespected as a customer. Beware dont deal with him!
