Booked this hotel yesterday because my dog was at the Veterinary Clinic longer than expected. This hotel was located very close to the Clinic. Hotel is dog friendly. Booking was easy. The front desk service was helpful. Excellent customer service during my hard time with my fur baby. Room was clean and had everything i needed. I would recommend staying here and would stay here again.
You can pay more for a room in Manhattan, but you can't find a better one. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and the folks working there are friendly and helpful.
Two stars instead of 1 because the bed was comfortable. First, internet here sucks. TV is smaller than the ones in the suits they use for photos, tv stand has a chunk missing out of it, hole in the bathroom wall because who ever installed the door stop put it too close to the wall and the towel holder on the door sticks out farther than the door stop. Gotta fidget with the shower to get it to pressurize, sink had a crack in it. Bed frame was squeaky. Had to do laundry, washed my clothes, only to discover the dryer doesn’t wo... read more
Staff were so friendly and awesome! Hotel was clean. Cats loved having their own bed Lol. Cappocinno machine is SO GOOD. Breakfast wasnt anything special but cant complain!
