Halfway through my stay, the air conditioning broke in my room. I had my dog with me who was 12 1/2 years old who sat for five hours in 90° temperatures. Their only solution was to move me to another room that was also very hot. Never did they offer any sort of refund for the fact that I had to move rooms multiple times & eventually I had to check out because the place was just too hot. The elevators are extremely slow, which make it even worse. Do not ever stay at this hotel. I’ll never make that mistake again.
