I have stayed at Parkwood Inn & Suites multiple time during the past 6 years. Every time I was met with courteous staff, very good breakfast, comfortable beds and the entire hotel is very clean and in good repair. I will continue to use this hotel when I am doing business in Manhattan.
Do not stay here! The front desk person could not find my reservation despite booking it on Expedia. He sent me to my room with key cards that did not work. He couldn’t figure out how to program them so called “manager” in who then issued me two key cards and offered no compensation for my inconvenience, even after I asked. The key cards she gave me STILL did not work. After sitting in the lobby for 1/2 hour they offered zero compensation and I had no choice but to find another hotel at 11:00 at night. Not acceptable.
