Parkwood is a lip stick on a pig contractor. Horrible quality. Windows in particular are flat out junk. I will never recommend Parkwood. They are well below average in quality. In March 2022 I had a nail in pex pipe that caused 50k in damage. Just this week it happened again. This is Parkwood lack of qc. In Central Park? Parkwood is the losers quality builder. Period.
Dede and Dani were very responsive , friendly and professional with all of the questions that come with a new build. Parkwood homes has a beautiful product and their homes are well designed with quality details that you do not find often find in new builds. The home was already halfway built when my buyers went under contract and they were very happy with the finished home . Despite labor and material constrains , we were able to close on time .
