Lee is always so cordial. He painted a few spots,where he took down a towel bar for me last week. He also replaced the closet doors in front of my washer & dryer. Looks really nice now. I've never had problems with any of the maintenance guys, even when we lived at the townhomes. There a great bunch of guys & helpful.
When I first moved to Parkland Highlands three years ago or so, I wasn’t really struck by anything in particular outside and inside I saw quite a bit of luxury furniture in the hallways, which gave it a nice ambience. Since then, I have come to realize that there is more to living there then some pretty furniture And that would be to keep residents there by offering what they would need on an everyday basis. This is a beautiful very welcoming community. My concerns with repairs needed in my apartment were acknowledged and work orders were initiated. Friendly working staff assisted in providing the completion of my requests. Residents take pride in the community and make you feel at home. I am so happy to live here.
