I moved into Parkwood Highlands over a year after I first saw it. Moving was a hard decision for me...I wasn't ready. There are varying rental amounts so I wasn't priced out. Very happy and comfortable here from choice of stairs or elevator, underground heated garage, grocery cart to bring from car to apartment, prompt efficient maintenance, well-kept grounds with path to walk in nice weather, clean common areas, grab bar to get out of shower, inside mailboxes, secure entry, laundry on same floor or hookups in apartmnt, easy... read more
I have lived at Parkwood Highlands New Berlin for nearly 25 years. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The physical environment is clean and very well maintained. A variety of activities and events are offered for socializing, if you so choose. I love it here.
We love living at Parkwood Highlands our neighbors are all very friendly and look out for each other. We also like the fact that we have in unit laundry. We are praying we don’t get hit with a big rent increase when it comes time to renew our lease. We would really hate to have to move. We have made so many friends while living here. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. Maintenance is always friendly and responds quickly to any problems.
