the maintenance man explained why I had the problem ,explained how it works and gave some tips to help,
Lee is always so cordial. He painted a few spots,where he took down a towel bar for me last week. He also replaced the closet doors in front of my washer & dryer. Looks really nice now. I've never had problems with any of the maintenance guys, even when we lived at the townhomes. There a great bunch of guys & helpful.
