My family and I have been coming here since they opened. We are very happy with the professional way the clinic is run. The level of care, goes above and beyond. We are always greated with happy, pleasent receptionist. Sometimes appointment times run a little late, but for the level of care that we receive, we don't mind. They also have a wonderful nurse practitioner. Very happy with this medical centre and it's doctors.
I recently visited Nurse Andie and had a wonderful experience. The nurses were incredibly kind, caring, and attentive. She took the time to listen to my concerns and provided excellent care. The clinic was clean and well-organized. I highly recommend Andie.
The service of the doctors is good, but the reception has two very good ladies, one I think is Indian and the other maybe New Zealander or somewhere else. She is just an old lady who is very nosy and interferes in everything. I respected her because of her age, otherwise I would have disrespected her in front of everyone. This doctors clinic has really gone to the dogs. There is absolutely 0 care factor for their patients. Rachael the so called practice manager is the most unprofessional, rudest person to exist on earth. She should be sitting at that front desk at all her attitude is absolutely appalling. She has no manners, no care and no compassion at all. Rachael needs to be fired and never hired again. April was the most loveliest person and to put someone like Rachael in her place is a real shame.
Dr. Cassy seemed to be in a bad mood during the appointment. She didn't seem very interested in what brought me into the clinic! It's hard to find a decent GP these days.
