Dr. Cassy seemed to be in a bad mood during the appointment. She didn't seem very interested in what brought me into the clinic! She also refused to issue me a referral for a routine check up (cholesterol, sugar, liver and kidney check) even after explaining that I have a family history of diabetes and heart attacks. She said I would have to pay for my own tests as they are 'unnecessary' and that I didnt have any symptoms. So am I supposed to have no checkups until I have a heart attack? I was at the clinic yesterday for my daughter’s immunisation and check up with Dr Eranga (who is beautiful) and Nurse Daniella is lovely. I told the blonde receptionist I did not receive a text reminder, she straight away rudely told me that I did when in fact I didn’t. As I sat facing the front desk for 30mins waiting, I couldn’t help but watch the same blonde receptionist on the right hand side. I’ve had a really positive experience at this medical centre, I have been attending her for 5 years now. The doctors and reception staff are always kind, caring, and go above and beyond to provide the best care. Wendy, Rachel, and Catherine at reception are consistently warm, helpful and try to accommodate patient needs. Dr Eranga is professional, compassionate, and thorough. Highly recommend this clinic.
Great customer service from reception team and nurse/ doctors are very friendly
Always greeted with a smile by the ladies on reception. They are efficient and friendly and always willing to do that little bit extra if required. The doctors are great as well. Highly recommend this place.
