We LOVE Parkwood! It’s a family & pet friendly community. We chose to lease, for now. However, we LOVE that there is also an option to purchase. Huge shout out to Kathryn and Shelly for making the Application process simple and painless. There is a beautiful & clean community pool. My kids made a new friend the same day we moved. Be Cautious of Management Before Moving In If you're considering moving into Parkwoods, be aware of the management, specifically the park manager. While the community itself has potential, the experience is often overshadowed by the manager’s aggressive and unprofessional behavior toward residents. Phone calls frequently go unanswered, concerns are dismissed or ignored, and interactions are often petty and hostile rather than helpful. This place is horrible. It smells like an out house because they have their own sewage system there. The management is just as bad as the smell. I moved out and gave them notice. After I left they filed an eviction . I wasn’t even there. They kept my first and last too.All because I complained about the manager.

This review is not based upon the residence or the maintenance staff. The maintenance staff is amazing great punctual and I would give four stars just off that the reason this one star review is coming in is management. We’ve been here since about March or April. My girlfriend has a service animal emotional support. We sent all the documents that we were supposed to before we even moved in and was told everything was good now fast-forward to November getting emails saying that we done nothing but yet we have copies and have ... read more

I can't stand whenever it's time to get kids from school, they target me!! Threatened to have my vehicle towed! But yet, other people park there and get told NOTHING!
