I just want to say very pleased with the young woman chelly that works in the leasing office. Very helpful when it comes to getting help around the community making sure her tenants are taken care of especially after hurricane Milton making sure the park stays clean helping cutting trees and moving debris.thanks Chelly and also Carl y’all make a good team ! your hard work don’t get unnoticed.
This review is solely for how Carl, our maintenance man, was there to support our community during the hurricane Milton recovery. He was a comfort to everyone in the neighborhood. Between answering questions and just being there to listen we absolutely love this man and couldn't have made it without him.
Micaela Oquendo has been the greatest help to the community ! Always on top of everything & always quick to answer your questions . After hurricane milton her & her husband Eli's cleaned out the mobile home entry way by cutting down the trees & removing the debrees out the way & Fed the community ! Her & Carl has been the best help to this community ! They are the best work team in this mobile park !
I have been a homeowner here for 6 years now and I’m ready to sell! I can’t deal with these crack heads out here no more! High traffic in and out of certain houses all night long and crack head neighbors accusing you of putting cameras in their houses. I just can’t deal with in any longer! The park manager is never here and won’t deal with the problems at hand! Shelly is awesome but she can only do so much! If she was made park manager I’ll stay but otherwise I’m taking what I can get for this place and then I’m out!
Carl is the Best maintenance man!!!! After Hurricane Milton he was the only one out here, passing out water, trying to help the community as we sit with no water or electricity!
