This review is not based upon the residence or the maintenance staff. The maintenance staff is amazing great punctual and I would give four stars just off that the reason this one star review is coming in is management. We’ve been here since about March or April. My girlfriend has a service animal emotional support. I had a water leak a few days ago when I got home it was already past 8:00 pm and I wasn't sure if anyone would help with the issue but I was extremely happy that Chelly answered me right away and addressed my concerns. Carl left his home to come to mine and try and find out the issue before it got worse. He is amazingly nice and so helpful!! Beware of management before you move in, they care more about cars on a small bit of grass than the extreme amount of cats and racoons roaming the park, countless garbage cans killing the grass all over everyone's front yard but were worried about cars. They will have you towed over the smallest mistake in parking. I just want to say very pleased with the young woman chelly that works in the leasing office. Very helpful when it comes to getting help around the community making sure her tenants are taken care of especially after hurricane Milton making sure the park stays clean helping cutting trees and moving debris.thanks Chelly and also Carl y’all make a good team ! your hard work don’t get unnoticed.
