I bought a Mercedes GLE 350 here (April 2023) with an extended warranty they sold me. When my check-engine light came on, the shop diagnosed a cylinder repair (~$7k). The warranty administrator approved $4,502.45, but the contract says the dealer must pay—and I cannot get Parkwood to respond. Phone numbers don’t work, emails unanswered. I’m now stuck with a huge bill and zero help. Based on my experience: avoid.
This place is the worst dealer of them all. They scammed the heck out of me. Besides adding a $5,000 dealer fee to my purchase, they claimed they gave me a DOWC warranty. When I called The warranty company they said Parkwood has been doing dirty business for the longest and there is no warranty. Mind you, I’m PAYING for this warranty with every car note. Bought a Porsche Panamera. Listed price $52,000, after taxes and fees $78,000. They gave me a promise to fix the issues with the car: tires, interior damage to the dash, oil change, brakes and charging port. They changed the oil and brake pads and used the wrong filter and brake pads for the car. They still haven’t fixed the interior damage and it’s been over a year. Horrible service. People in that place suck. Including Norberto Pena rob me me 3700 for fake extended warranty. He work now as Cartesian. Same location. Is that ironic. Same people probably own it
