My dad had been here for so many years and still no help in are apartment every time I have ask it’s like they if they forgot , are apartment is practically falling apart and molding the ace leaks water so we have to put a bucket or it gets flooded
I’m not happy with the pool hr why. Because I work from 7 to 5:30 And to top it up in the weekend it’s close when even we wanted to go in it’s already closed that not fear was the point of having a pool if we can even enjoy it. With those poor hr people want wants to enjoy after work but they can’t cus it’s close there no point of having a pool must just have it close at the point
I lived here from 2019-2023 and I had no air most of the time and multiple floods in my house! after working 12 hour shifts driving buses id walk in my house and feet be under water. They dont fix nothing and maintenance will put in they fixed problems but never even come to house.i stopped paying rent due to no air and put in 30 day notice now they put on my credit I owe them $5000. I’ve only been here 14 days however in those 14 days Parkwood Apartments listen when I had a concern and they address those concerns to my complete satisfaction I appreciate the way they’ve done things in a business like manner and would hope that we can continue to have a good relationship that has been struck so far
