Roaches EVERYWHERE !!!! Water damage and dirty / damaged flooring. They will and need to be sued. I refuse to live in such a place. Wasted money and time! The entire complex needs to be tore down with how bad the roaches are and the lack of care the office gives. -10/10. Inhabitable units and amenities not available or ready when moving in. It’s disheartening how they’d rather steal your money and make you sick rather than return your money. I wish I could post videos.

I visited parkwood apartments to see if they offer housing for felons and I was greeted by Ana! She was so kind and helped guide me in the right direction, which was very helpful. Very nice person and this is a great reflection on these apartments!!!
