Terrible communication, receptionist like to argue. If you’re someone who wants to be in control of their care and it be your choice this is not the place to go. Don’t waste your time. Find somewhere better if you want quality service.
If you’re coming here for pelvic pain turn right around. They won’t tell you they other options to manage pain besides contraception, they will undermine the amount of pain you’re in, and won’t even run the tests necessary to figure out where the pain is coming from. They want to take your money instead of helping. They will cut corners and lie to you.
Extremely disappointed in this group office. As a potential new patient, I tried calling for three days, waiting a minimum of 15 minutes each time with no human response; at last I broke thorough long enough to receive an invitation to leave a message, but could not as apparently the mail box was full. Yet another day, another try, and I was finally able to leave a message at 10 am--and have received no return call as yet (two days later).
