I am not one for change, it comes with a lot of anxiety. However we made the decision to move into one of Goldmarks properties, and I am happy we did. Ash and Ashlee both are very quick to respond. Maintenance issues are managed and taken care of super quickly! When I doubted myself, Ash ensured me that I was doing everything right and made my experience less overwhelming and more positive. After living here for several years and never missing a payment, this company took advantage of me and my family when we moved out. We mutually agreed on the terms of move out, then months after we moved out they reported an amount to collections that was not agreed upon or even invoiced to us.
Ashlee is the soul reason I enjoy renting through Goldmark. She has always been on "my side" and has always supported me and my family with the issues I've had. The unit I moved into was a remodel with quite a few issues. She has helped me get all the issues resolved and has always taken care of my and my families needs. It's not lost on me the bad reputation Goldmark has. However, Ashlee is a shining star. She makes Goldmark worth renting through. Dishwasher having issues? Fixed. Staples in the carpet an issue?
