Since I’ve been here at Park West Gardens for the past 3 1/2 years, they have been nothing but great. When I have issues, they are dealt with right away. I can give you so many examples. I’m visually impaired and a dishwasher I had in here was too complicated for me. I went to the office and they replaced it with something simpler Within that week, I had a brand new one more simple for me to work. I really enjoy being here.
Over all great move in experience, Abraham helped so much on getting me situated in to my new home. The office as a whole goes above and beyond to help. They made my move in experience so much easier with the amount of time I had available for them to work with. Even through the hiccups stuff was still getting figured out. Highly recommend:)
Ash has went Way Above and Beyound for me and my furbabies. I feel like she is family and always will be. I have had alot of issues but Ash Pauly has been there with me threw thick and thin. I Love her so very much for everything, She has done for me and my furbabies Jordan and Zoey (she passed way in Oct 2025) And Ash was there for me thru that horrible time and thru worse times. I've lived here for almost 4 years and Im SO happy with it. The private entrances are awesome; no stinky hallways! The ladies in the office are hecka helpful. I had small black bugs in the one bedroom I lived in, that I noticed behind the oven. The ladies in the office had pest control in within the week after I let them know! When I wanted a two bedroom, they got me into a two bedroom that was BEAUTIFULLY renovated. I know they've been in the process of renovating more! Thank you!!
