I’m leaving 4 star because my bike was completed and I’m grateful for that. This review is more of a gentle nudge for improvement in customer service and communication. I’ve brought my bike here at least four times, and even with a scheduled appointment on my last visit, I was still met with some confusion and had to give all my information again no clue I had an appointment no clue who I was again. I have had work done on three different bikes and the work has always been great! Fair price and they know what they're doing

Had a new set of off brand tires for my Ultra Limited. I called three other repair shops in the area and they all said they would not install the tires I had because I did not buy them from them. I know they were not Dunlop. They told be to bring the bike in and they would get them changed. Three hours later, the bike was done. Only cost me $180 for both tires. Great customer service. I will definitely take my bile in the for work.
