We bought it brand new! The paint’s quality is poor, it gets scratched easily. All side doors trimming are shorter. Their driveways are tight.

In 2014 bought our site and house without being physically here and moved in 2015. First time seeing our home was the day we closed on purchase! Great neighborhood, quality homes, no complaints. Located very conveniently to central maui yet still have a lot of green space around development. Moved here to help with grandkids and couldn’t be happier with our home! Everyone involved with process excellent during building process.
