I applied to this property I spoke to manager before doing so about administration fee, He told me verbally that of I were to be denied I would be getting my 200$ administration fee guess what they stole it I was denied not a problem but I was expecting to get me administration money... not nice no good .
New management is awesome! Melvin is so nice and understanding. I had issues with previous management about my appliances and Melvin took care of the issue immediately! The maintenance team is so professional and friendly. Happy to be a resident!
I have worked here for a day and I love this place. Everyone is super friendly you don't find that often. Keep up the good work.
update y'all website. false information. called the leasing office and she tells me the apartment is no longer available and the price is 300$ more for the one bedrooms ! I was about to pay an application fee for nothing !
I mean if the apartment wasnt so nice i’d give it 3 stars .. but they’ve moved me into a infested apartment with roaches I’ve emailed them several times about the issue it’s almost as if they are ignoring me at this point they don’t seem too interested in helping their residence with whatever issue and the maintenance are just lazy you tell them you have a problem and they make excuses for the issue they don’t want to fix if I had one wish it would literally to move somewhere else really wish I never moved over here it’s bee... read more
