Service department has gone downhill.
Service was outstanding. James Brown was incredible and the department itself was great even though they were very busy
They delivered my car with damage and after I noticed this I went to the service again but they said they were not responsible for this. So I wanted to look at the camera footage and they said there was no camera. It is really sad that there is no camera in a big Toyota service. I definitely do not recommend this Toyota service.
I saw in IG about a customer complained and caught on dash-cam about tech guy revving his Toyota GR from cold engine. This is BAD service if it’s true….
